Teacher’s Notes

Simply fill in the blanks with the information needed for your experiment, eg “on Wednesday” or “this term” or “next week” and the topic of the experiment, copy it and send it home. Be sure to leave plenty of time, and don’t forget to put a date a few days before the experiment to have everything in by. This way you have the chance to chase up anything missing.
